Join FAOG (Finance, Administration & Operations Group for Community Foundations) for our 2025 Annual Conference in Oklahoma City, from Sunday, September 7 to Wednesday, September 10.
Plan to depart on Thursday, as the final session will again conclude later in the day. This year’s closing social—an evening of networking, golf, and great food at Top Golf OKC—is included in your registration and takes place Wednesday night.

All conference sessions, meals, and breaks will take place at the Omni Hotel.
We’ll kick things off Sunday afternoon from 1:00–3:00 PM with our popular “New to Community Foundation/FAOG World” session. Be sure to register for this optional session and plan your arrival accordingly.
The main event begins at 5:00 PM Sunday with our All-Sponsor Cocktail Reception, hosted in the sponsor area at the Omni. Join us for cocktails, lite bites, and great conversation in a relaxed, open-air setting—an ideal way to connect and set the tone for a fantastic conference.
Extended Wednesday Sessions & Evening:
We have also extended Wednesday's programming and are excited to include a fun early evening social event at Top Golf...all included in your registration! Join us Wednesday early evening for golf, great food and a lot of fun. Don't forget to book your hotel for Wednesday night and plan to depart on Thursday.
Dining Experiences:
- Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Dinners: Exclusive to community foundation participants, their guests, and that evening's sponsors. Held off-site, these dinners are a perfect opportunity for networking and camaraderie. Registration will be limited to venue space.
- Cost: $50 per person, per night for community foundation attendees, and $65 per guest, per night.
Sunday dinner, September 7th At 6:00 PM all guests who registered for Sunday's dinner are invited to make their way to the Five Moons Ballroom for our Cowboy Night—sponsored by Cambridge Associates. Get ready for a boots-on, hat-up kind of evening as we celebrate the heart and soul of the West...OKC style. We're transforming the ballroom into a warm, rustic-charm landscape complete with cocktails, BBQ fare food, and a few western-inspired games. So throw on your denim, grab your hat, and join us for a night of fun, laughter and a little Southern twang...right in the heart of OKC! Y'all won't want to miss it! | |

Tuesday evening, September 9th is sponsored by Foundant Technologies. Join us for a memorable evening just a 13-minute walk from the Omni Hotel. We'll be gathering on the 34th floor in the John W. Nichols Room at the Petroleum Club, located on the west side of the Chase Building (100 North Broadway). This stunning space offers breathtaking views of the north, west, and southern parts of the city—perfect for enjoying Oklahoma City's beautiful sunset, expected around 7:45 pm. The room features a spacious hardwood dance floor with prime sunset view, making it an ideal setting for our event. Wednesday, September 10th ~ Get ready to tee up for an unforgettable time! We will board buses for the 15-minute ride to Top Golf OKC for an early evening of golf, great food, and even better company! We've secured the Signature Room along with 20 bays for golf. Enjoy a delicious spread featuring steak & chicken fajitas and injectable donuts. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a total beginner, Top Golf is all about having fun. Come for the golf, stay for the laughs, bites, and great conversation with your fellow attendees. |
Professional Development Opportunities: Earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and HR Certification Institute’s® (HRCI®) credits for participating in qualifying sessions.
Important Note for Professional Advisor Members: Professional Advisor members are regrettably unable to attend the dinners on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. However, we encourage you to participate in the All Sponsor and Attendee Happy Hour on Sunday and all other aspects of the conference. You are also welcome to attend the Closing Social Event on Wednesday if a sponsor is not secured for that event. We look forward to your valuable contributions.
With the conference moving to an annual basis, the requirement to become a member before conference registration opens has been removed. Individual membership is required for each attendee who is not affiliated with a community foundation.
