Exciting Update for 2024 - Extended Wednesday Sessions & Evening: In response to your feedback, we've extended our programming on Wednesday and included a evening social event. We encourage all attendees and their guests to stay in Charlotte on Wednesday night, revel in the closing social event, and depart on Thursday.

This year, we're thrilled to introduce a new addition to the conference experience. As a special treat for our attendees, the registration now includes a closing social event on Wednesday evening. Join us for an unforgettable night as we gather at Truist Field Ballpark on the Party Terraces in Uptown Charlotte to enjoy some minor league baseball — a perfect way to conclude the conference with a memorable "Knight" out!

Accommodations: Important Update - The room block at the Charlotte Westin has filled. There may still be rooms available at the regular hotel rate at the Charlotte Westin. There is also a JW Marriott across the street from the Westin and then nearby there is Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, AC Marriott and Residence Inn.

Dining Experiences:

  • Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Dinners: Exclusive to community foundation participants, their guests, and that evening's sponsors. Held off-site, these dinners are a perfect opportunity for networking and camaraderie. Registration will be limited to venue space.
  • Cost: $50 per person, per night for community foundation attendees, and $65 per guest, per night.

Sunday dinner will make the short 2 block walk from the Foundation of the Carolinas to Chima Brazilian Steakhouse where elegance, ambiance, and flavor will create an unforgettable fine dining experience. Crewcial Partners is this evenings sponsor and you don't want to miss this unique evening.

Monday evening, is sponsored by Mason Investments. Just a block from the Westin, where we will get you in the "racing spirit" at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. You will be able to explore the legacies of the legends of this sport while immersing yourself in the excitement, passion and history of NASCAR through ever-evolving exhibits and interactive experiences. We will have the place to ourselves! Cocktails and a dinner buffet will be served.

Tuesday evening, is sponsored by Cambridge Associates. Join us for an enchanting evening at Fahrenheit, Charlotte's first ever open-air rooftop restaurant and bar! Located on the 21st floor of a mixed-use high-rise in Uptown, Fahrenheit offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. We'll start with cocktails on the outdoor patio, followed by a delicious sit-down dinner indoors. It's just a leisurely 10-minute walk from the Westin, making it a convenient and memorable experience.
